Your profile

Edit your profile, upload a photo, and change your password.

Your profile is at sidebar avatar → Account (/account).

Edit your profile

  1. Open /account.
  2. Edit any of: First name, Last name, Phone, Job title, Department, Notes.
  3. Click Save profile.

Email is shown but not editable here. Staff: ask your shop owner to change it. Owners: contact FloorSimple support.

The page shows three read-only timestamps: Last login, Joined (when you accepted your invitation or created the workspace), and Profile updated (the most recent save).

Upload or remove a profile photo

Your photo shows up in the sidebar and anywhere else the app shows your name to teammates. Without a photo, your initials show on a colored background.

  1. Open /account.
  2. In the photo section at the top, click Upload photo (or Change photo).
  3. Pick a PNG, JPG, or GIF (up to 5 MB).
  4. The photo saves on upload.

To remove a photo, click Remove next to it.

You can only change your own photo. Even shop owners can't swap out a teammate's.

Change your password

  1. On /account, scroll to Change password.
  2. Fill in Current password, New password, and Confirm new password.
  3. Click Update password.

Your session stays active.
