QuickBooks integration
Connect QuickBooks Online once, push invoices to keep your books clean. Owner-only.

Connect QuickBooks
- On
/settings/integrations, click Connect QuickBooks. - You're redirected to Intuit. Sign in and authorize FloorSimple.
- After granting access, you're brought back. The card updates to Connected to <Company>.
There's nothing else to configure. Sync runs once the connection is made.
The first time you push an invoice, FloorSimple looks at your QuickBooks company, picks a Service item to map line items onto, and picks a default tax code for taxable lines. Both choices are remembered so later syncs are instant. If your company has no Service items, the sync log shows a clear error. Add one in QuickBooks under Lists → Products & Services and try again.

Review recent sync activity
The bottom of the Integrations page lists the most recent sync activity. Each row shows when the sync ran, which record it covered (invoice, customer, or payment), and whether it succeeded. Failed rows include QuickBooks' error message.
Click Refresh to reload the list.
Disconnect QuickBooks
On the Integrations card, click Disconnect. New invoices stop syncing until you reconnect. Previously synced records stay in QuickBooks unchanged.
