Shop settings

Shop name, timezone, currency (CAD or USD), and the Reply-To address. Owner-only.

Update shop basics

  1. Open /account/shop.
  2. Edit any of: Name, Timezone, Currency, Email Reply-To.
  3. Click Save changes.

About email Reply-To

Outbound mail (quotes, invoices, schedule reminders, payment receipts, dunning) goes out from FloorSimple's shared sender notifications@mail.getfloorsimple.com. Sending from your own domain isn't supported today.

The Reply-To field decides where customer replies land. It defaults to the shop owner's account email at signup. Change it to any mailbox you read (e.g. quotes@yourshop.com).

Reply-To is required so replies don't fall into FloorSimple's support inbox by default.

Account-flow emails (signup, password reset, teammate invitations) go out from account@mail.getfloorsimple.com and aren't affected by Reply-To.

SMS sending and quiet-hours times show up on the Notifications page (see Automated notifications) but they're configured for you by FloorSimple. They're read-only here.

Shop-settings fields reference

A Workspace card at the top of the page shows three read-only chips: Slug, Plan, Status. Below it sit the editable fields.

  • Slug — read-only. The shop's URL identifier, baked into document numbers and links.
  • Plan — read-only. Your current plan.
  • Status — read-only. Active, Suspended, or Closed.
  • Name — how the shop appears on documents and in the UI.
  • Timezone — used for all dates shown in the app.
  • Currency — pick CAD or USD. Defaults to CAD; this is the only place it's set, and every quote, invoice, and payment link inherits the shop's currency at the moment they're created.
  • Email "Reply-To" address — required. Where customer replies go.
