Sidebar → Calendar opens your shop schedule. Schedule jobs, assign installers, drag to reschedule. Every event is tied to a service order.

Common tasks

  • Switch views
  • Create an entry
  • Edit an entry
  • Delete an entry
  • Create a recurring entry (Pro)
  • Edit or delete one occurrence of a recurring entry

Switch views

Use the view controls at the top to switch between Year, Month, Week, Day, and List (agenda). Use the arrows on either side of the date title to jump through time, or Today to return to the current day. New event (plus icon) opens the event dialog prefilled around now (rounded to the nearest 15-minute slot when launched from the page header; a clicked time-slot prefills with that slot's time). The Day view shows a "Nothing scheduled" prompt with a quick-add button when no events fall on that day.

Create an entry

  1. Click a time slot or date cell.
  2. The event dialog opens. Fill in Title (required) and pick a Service order (required). Optionally set Category, Status (defaults to Scheduled), Description, Location override, Installers.
  3. Save.

The Installers picker warns when a chosen installer has a clashing entry during the same time window.

The Notifications checkbox is on by default. Untick to silence every reminder, schedule-change alert, and cancellation notice tied to this entry. On a recurring entry, unticking applies to every occurrence (see Automated notifications).

Edit an entry

  • Click an existing event to open its dialog, then edit and save.
  • Drag an event to move it to a different time.
  • Drag the edge of an event to resize its duration.

Delete an entry

Open the event and click the delete control in the dialog. Confirm.

Create a recurring entry

Plan note. The Repeat toggle shows a "Pro" badge and is disabled on Free. See Subscription, plans, and limits.

Tick Repeat in the event dialog. The picker mirrors what Google Calendar and Outlook expose. See the recurrence reference at the end of this section for the full set of options.

Daylight saving is handled for you: a 9:00 AM weekly meeting in your shop's timezone stays at 9:00 AM wall-clock when DST starts or ends.

Edit or delete one occurrence of a recurring entry

Click any occurrence on the calendar and edit (or delete) its fields. When you save, the dialog asks how the change should apply:

  • Only this event — changes only the occurrence you clicked. The rest of the series keeps its original values.
  • This and following events — splits the series at the clicked occurrence. From that date forward, your changes apply; past dates keep their original values.
  • All events — applies the change to the whole series.

Delete uses the same three modes:

  • Only this — hides that one occurrence.
  • This and following — trims the series from that date onward.
  • All events — removes the entire series.
