Team management

Invite teammates, edit roles and flags, deactivate or delete users. Seat caps per plan.

Sidebar → Users (/users). Owner-only.

The page header shows X of Y seats used, plus a (Z over cap) pill in parentheses if you're over your plan's seat cap. Starter includes 1 seat (you). Pro includes 5 (see Subscription, plans, and limits). When you're at or above the cap, the Invite teammate button disables and an upgrade banner shows up. Nobody is removed automatically. Existing teammates stay active until you remove them, but new invites are blocked until you free a seat or upgrade.

Common tasks

  • Invite a teammate
  • Revoke a pending invitation
  • Edit a teammate
  • Set a teammate's password
  • Deactivate or remove a teammate

Invite a teammate

  1. Click Invite teammate.
  2. Fill in Email (required) and, optionally, First name, Last name, Job title, Department.
  3. Click Send invitation.

The email goes out right away. The link is good for 7 days. When the invitee accepts, they pick a password and show up on your users list. Their email is their sign-in identifier.

Revoke a pending invitation

In the Pending invitations section above the user list, click Revoke next to the relevant invitation. The link stops working. Anyone trying it sees "this invitation has been revoked."

Edit a teammate

Click a user row to open their profile. Editable fields: email, first and last name, phone, job title, department, notes, plus the Active flag. Uncheck Active to lock someone out without deleting their record.

Click Save to commit.

Set a teammate's password

The user's profile page has a New password / Confirm new password pair. Fill them in and Save to set a new password directly. Leave them blank to keep the existing one.

Use this sparingly. Most of the time the teammate should reset their own password through the forgot-password flow (see Signing in and account access).

Deactivate or remove a teammate

Two options on the user's detail page:

  • Deactivate — uncheck Active. Keeps them out of the app without losing the history they're attached to. Usually the safer call.
  • Delete — removes their record. You'll be asked to confirm.

You can't delete yourself or the current shop owner. The shop owner is a fixed role today. If the owner needs to step away, deactivate the rest of the team or close the shop.
